Recompile Invalid Objects using UTL_RECOMP Package

- Login as sysdba in SQL *plus
- EXEC UTL_RECOMP.recomp_parallel(4);
or
- Login as sysdba
- run the utlrp.sql script from the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
