Unable to View EXCEL Output (XML Publisher) from Concurrent Program Request

While running XML Publisher report for EXCEL output, the Concurrent Program has the error message : “ORA-1403: no data found” The cause of this problem has been identified in Bug 4396843 by Metalink.
